Job Description: We are looking for a recent graduate, preferably in Engineering or an equivalent field, with no prior experience but eager to learn and grow in a dynamic and demanding environment. The selected candidate will receive comprehensive training to assume the responsibilities of a Project Coordinator in the yachting sector, focusing on the management and coordination of superyacht maintenance projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and supervision of superyacht maintenance projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Manage and oversee project logistics, including the mobilization of teams and materials.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients and suppliers to ensure project success.
  • Control the budget and resources allocated to each project.
  • Prepare periodic reports on project progress and present them to management.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • Recent graduate in Engineering or an equivalent field.
  • No prior experience required.
  • Availability to relocate and reside in Northern Europe for the duration of the contract.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and quick learner.
  • Advanced level of English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of other European languages is a plus.

Job Description:
As a Human Resources Development Technician, you will be responsible for leading and managing the recruitment, induction, training and development processes. You will work closely with the Human Resources departments and will be a key point in the implementation of strategic projects such as the Equality Plan.

Responsibilities:
– Coordinate and conduct selection processes to fill vacancies at all levels of the organisation.
– Design and implement induction and training programmes for new employees.
– Manage relationships with temporary employment agencies (ETT’s) and interns.
– Contribute to the development and monitoring of the Equality Plan.
– Develop and implement the annual training plan, identifying training needs and designing specific programmes.
– Manage internal and external talent, including performance monitoring, promotion and retention.
– Contribute to organisational development and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in psychology, industrial relations or related field.
– Previous experience in recruitment and HR process management.
– Knowledge of employment law and related regulations.
– Communication, empathy and teamwork skills.
– Fluency in English (level B2 or above).

We are looking for an energetic, positive minded individual with a desire to work for the leading superyacht supply company in the industry to provide our customers with the highest levels of service.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years working experience in a similar position.
  • High level in Microsoft Office package
  • High level of English
  • Driving licence C
  • Nautical knowledge/experience

  • Knowledge of SAP systems is a plus
  • Proactive attitude

Job description:

Contacting and attending to clients of the yacht division with face to face visits, telephone calls, emails or other communication channels established and facilitated by the company, providing the highest level of service and attention.

Customer loyalty, maintaining existing customers and increasing the customer base in line with the company’s objectives.

Managing customer orders, working closely with the sales team and the order processing department.

Generate quotes/orders for customers with personal attention (by phone, email and WhatsApp).

Deal with customer requests, concerns and returns.

Work closely with other departments and management to ensure that adequate stock is available, and orders are delivered on time, and report on sales movements.

Ongoing training on the product portfolio.

Claiming receivables from customers in the assigned portfolio.
